Integrative Therapeutic or Swedish Massage
Prior to the session we will discuss goals of the massage and any areas of discomfort or pain that may need a little extra focus. The massage starts with a lighter pressure, and if requested the the techniques will become deeper, slower, and focused on specific muscles. To help achieve the goals of the session add-ons may be included at no additional cost. These may include a few hot stones, cupping, warm towels, aromatherapy (DoTERRA essential oils), kinesiology taping (Rock Tape), CBD lotion, and/or other specialty topicals.- 30 Minute Massage $35
- 45 Minute Massage $50
- 60 Minute Massage $65
- 90 Minute Massage $95
Prenatal
A consultation prior to the massage will determine which position is safest for the massage to be received in. Typically the massage is done side-lying. Pillows, a semi-reclining table, and special body support cushions are a few of the ways to maximize your comfort. Please Note: A pregnancy considered high-risk will require written permission from a doctor.
